Warehouse Employee

Do you want to have a straightforward job as a warehouse employee? In a small and international team? Not too much fuss and start your weekend on Friday afternoon at 12:15 PM?

No nonsense, positivity, and getting things done. That's what T4Tyres is all about. With a fixed work schedule and Friday afternoons off, so you can truly enjoy your weekend. We currently have twelve people working in our warehouse in Nijmegen and we would like to expand our dedicated team with a few go-getters.

These are you tasks:

• loading and unloading tyres
• order picking with a reach truck
• sorting and organising mixed loads, together with an experienced employee

Each day, we have six inbound or outbound operations scheduled, involving trucks being loaded or unloaded with tyres. We have fixed time slots and blocks of approximately one and a half hours. Each time, teams of four colleagues are formed to alternate the physical workload. Additionally, we use conveyor belts for loading and unloading, making the work much lighter.

Check, check, double-check! From a distance, all the tyres look the same: they are all black and round. But there are indeed differences. Therefore, precise final checks are crucial.

At 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM, we take a break together and have a cup of coffee. Working at T4Tyres is characterized by an approachable atmosphere, where we think in terms of solutions. The primary language is Dutch, but we also frequently speak English.
